The new partnership will see Mantle Panel specify Vent-Axia’s Lo Carbon™ Sentinel Kinetic mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system (MVHR) for new build properties and light commercial applications, helping to position MVHR as the ideal carbon cutting solution to energy efficient and healthy ventilation.

Vent-Axia has teamed up with Bovis Homes to provide its Lo-Carbon™ Sentinel Kinetic mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) units for two new homes at their York Gate development in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Winning the Multi-Residential category at the BREEAM Awards 2012, The Green has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating.

The PoziDry ProTM was installed in a 3-bed home in Reading which suffered from an ongoing condensation and mould problem. Air quality data from before and after the PIV installation showed a sharp decline in both total volatile organic compound (VOC) levels and mould VOC levels after the system was installed, whilst also successfully tackling condensation and mould.

The flats known as Spencerbeck are located in the Ormesby area of Middlesbrough. They were refurbished by Coast & Country as part of the Decent Homes programme.

Vent-Axia has supplied ventilation to the impressive Clippers Quay in Salford. Vent-Axia ventilation systems were specified to provide good indoor air quality for all 614 apartments. The largest build to rent development outside London, the scheme comprises 614 apartments and is set to be home to more than 1,200 residents and seven new retail businesses. One of the UK’s largest providers of MEP services, HE Simm, specified and installed the ventilation for Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed professional landlord, who owns and manages the property.
